Across a decade-long career in the coffee industry, I moved from barista, to technician, to engineer, and now business owner. No chapter was any less significant than the other, and each step offered a deeper understanding of the joy I experienced in creating and providing meaningful services using the powerful tools at hand.

I pursued a technical understanding of these tools while studying Computer Engineering at University of Michigan, and I am now pursuing my Masters in Engineering Design Innovation at Northwestern University to better understand the human complexities in the solutions I develop.
