Across a decade-long career in the coffee industry, I moved from barista, to technician, to engineer, and now business owner. No chapter was any less significant than the other, and each step offered a deeper understanding of the joy in creating and sustaining meaningful services.

I’ve gratefully used my degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan for technical coffee solutions, and I’m now pursuing my Masters in Engineering Design Innovation at Northwestern University to better understand the human complexities in the solutions I develop.
